I am  a Practice Manager and Senior Dental Nurse and I am organising a sponsored 9 hour karate- athon  to raise money for Dentaid. The event will be held on December 5th this year (2009) at the Plascrug Leisure Centre in Aberystwyth 9am till 6pm. Some members of the Aberystwyth Karate Club have agreed to take part to, and the event will be open to the public to come and view us, so please feel free to come and watch us. The aim is to raise a minimum of £1000 to pay for a portable dental chair and equipment to be delivered to an area in need. So far I have raised £200 through sponsorship at my work, so please help me raise the rest.

I have now raised around £400 through sponsorship at work and have a long way to go to get to the target of £1000.

please please help us to put smiles on peoples faces.
