Hello and thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page and supporting my chosen charity St Christophers Hospice.
As you know my dad Stan died their last Christmas after suffering from cancer, and although my mum cared for him almost right to the end it was getting increasingly difficult for her to do it alone. We, and of course Dad wanted to go somewhere he would feel as comfortable as possible for his last days which is why St Christophers Hospice was the obvious choice.
Dad's wish was that donations were made to St Christophers Hospice before he died and my intention is to carry on the fundraising in his memory and hopefully make an impact for other patients and families. The staff really do care about everyone who attends the hospice; patients, family and friends and they made the final days Dad was with us very comfortable.
Please help me, help them by donating what you can, all i've got to do is run 26 and a bit miles!!
