Hi everyone,
Like a crazy person, I have entered the Adidas Women's 5k Challenge again this year. I am raising money for Eaves.
Eaves is a London-based charity that provides high quality housing and support to vulnerable women. We also carry out research, advocacy and campaigning to prevent all forms of violence against women.
At Eaves, we put the needs of women first. We are determined to give a voice to the most excluded women in society and provide direct, innovative services to support and empower women to help themselves.
I started donating money to Eaves about 18 months ago and also raised money by running the 2008 Adidas Women's 5k Challenge. I am running the race again this year and would really appreciate your support.
Last year I ran the race in 33 minutes and raised £350. I'd love to do better this year.
