Hi all! I will be running my first Half Marathon on Sat 5th September and will be raising money for the charity ALIVE AND KICKING which some of you may know is the charity that my Best Man Will Prochaska has been working for the past few years.

The Charity provides properly paid and sustainable employment in Africa whilst using sport to increase young peoples awareness of disease through the making and dispersal of footballs to African communities- a worthy cause on both fronts.

It would be great if you could help out the charity and make my 13 miles of pain worth it by making a small donation to the charity through this web page!
