All,

As most of you know our mate Pedro (Rob) is madly cycling/swimming/running his way to South Africa as we speak, check out www.tri4africa.co.uk  for his genius blog. 

Danny and I have been so inspired by this that we've decided to get off our arses and join him on the last leg of the trip - the sexy leg. 

Durban to Rustenberg, hopefully in time for the first England game at the World Cup. It's about 1,000km give or take getting lost / going on a Danny detour.... It's the equivalant of Edinburgh to Paris.

Training is going well, and we're enjoying this new feeling of lycra but we're not too keen on the numb bums.

Any donations will be greatly appricated for this great charity who we're planning on going to see prior to heading out to Africa.
