Story

My precious Dad was diagnosed with cancer on 15th July 2009, on the 22nd July 2009 it was confirmed that the cancer was terminal, lung and brain. My amazing Dad took the news well and he put his heart and soul into the chemotherapy he was given. He never moaned or complained about being ill and enjoyed each and every moment of time he had. He very sadly left us on the 26th October 2009 to be with his much loved brothers and sister in heaven. My Dad was the best father a child could want, he was a husband, a fantastic and loved granda, a brother and an adored uncle. Dad was self taught and one of the most intelligent men I have known, he had self respect and manors to which anyone would be proud of. Growing up as a child both I and my sister felt loved and safe with a Dad like ours. He simply was the best.
