I will be doing a 10-12k army run/course in aid of bury hospice after they looked after my uncle before he sadly passed away of lukemia. 

We were originally doing it as a bit of fun, and were going to ennter the 5k one, but then I thought how about having fun, and raising money for a good cause? So that's how this all happened really. The 10k was my idiot of a mate who can run for england who said it would be funny to watch us struggle so we just thought what the hell. ;)

we would be greatful if you could give us anything, even if its 50p. it will all make a difference!
