Prospect Hospice Starlight Walk 2011

It was Prospect Hospice’s biggest fundraising event of 2010; this year it’s going to be even bigger & i'm taking part!!

Last year, women from across the region came out in force to take part, raising an amazing £80,000 towards our care – not bad for one night’s work!

I will be taking part in the 15k Starlight Walk (map inc in pic album) to help raise money for the Prospect Hospice, a charity that closely help care and support Tami Brown, a close, brave and truly inspirational friend of mine.

Tami, 27 years old, has terminal cancer, for 7 of these years Tami has been battling this consuming diesease; however, not only has the Prospect Hospice supported and cared for Tami and her family BUT Tami has also volunteered for the charity, providing help and support for others - truly amazing!!

For those that know of the amazing work of the Prospect Hospice OR have met the extremely brave and inspiring Tami Brown you will know that no matter how small your gift, this will mean a BIG difference to a cancer patient and their family.

Please help me by making 2011 the biggest fundrasing year yet for the Prospect Hospice and lets smash last years total of £80,000!!
