I am going to be taking part in the 5K fun run on Sunday 6th December in Greenwich Park and would greatly appreciate your sponsorship.
I am "running" (probably walking) to raise money and awareness for the charity "For Dementia" (www.fordementia.org.uk), who work to improve the quality of life for all people affected by dementia.
I will be wearing a Santa Suit so feel free to come along and heckle me on the day or just cheer me on or pick me up off the floor if necessary.
