Welcome to my page :) I've decided to run the British 10k London Run 2012, and I've opted to raise money for GamesAid.
The main reason behind this is I was the UKs first professional salaried female gamer thanks to Championship Gaming Series & Team Dignitas Manager - Michael O'Dell, and have travelled the world because of games competitions and sponsorships. I also have a Guinness World Record in Halo.
Games are a big part of me and my childhood and I feel they are important.
I also work for Universally Speaking (games service provider) as Marketing and Biz Dev Executive.
The event is in July 2 days before Develop Brighton so it will be a busy time.
I am running it alone and will be training hard as I'm also hoping to run the London Marathon in 2013 - including to raise money for GamesAid.
