My story
SANDS have already helped support us through the loss of our son, Samuel, who was stillborn on 14th March 2012 at 38 weeks into the pregnancy. The charity will continue to support us through the coming months as we try and cope with our loss. Without their contributions to our local hospital, we wouldn't have as many keepsakes and memories of our beautiful baby boy.

Sands supports anyone affected by the death of a baby, works in partnership with health professionals to try to ensure that bereaved parents and families receive the best possible care and funds research that could help to reduce the numbers of babies dying and families devastated by this tragedy.
