Howdy ole....

I am doing the 5k Santa Run coz I have always wanted to experience the thrill of running with a bunch of bearded people dressed in red suits in the middle of london! Also I am running for Rainforest Concern charity who aims to protect acres of lands in the rainforest from destruction as well as helping to protect the indigenous tribes who rely on the rainforest habitat to survive (don't forget the rainforest insects and animals too!)...
