Once again I am on the scrounge for donations far and wide, but this time for my biggest and craziest challenge yet! 

I am running 100km (62 miles) from London to Brighton to raise money for Animals In Need Northamptonshire. I will train for 5 months in preparation for a 5am start from the line in London and am hopeful of reaching the finish line in Brighton by 10pm.

Crazy indeed, but nothing in comparison to the lives of many of the animals taken in by the kind hearted staff and volunteers who donate their time to Animals In Need.

In joining this challenge I have pledged to raise £375 for the charity and am relying on all of my friends and family (and in fact anybody I possibly know!!) to assist me in reaching this target. I am fully aware of the regular pleas for money but please take a moment to consider this cause and the incredible work that takes place to give our little furry friends a second and well deserved chance.
