Myself and my running mate Julia McLean are running the Ignis Women's 10km on Sunday 9th May.

Last year our training buddy was diagnosed with cancer and received treatment. She's now doing well and is back in training with us running around Perth early on Sunday mornings.

Seeing how far she has come in such a short space of time has inspired Julia and I to raise some money from our run on 9th May for a cancer charity. She has chosen Cancer Support Scotland (Tak Tent).

Can you please donate some money to this charity and help us celebrate her recovery. If you can Gift Aid too that would be great.

One of the benefits of where I work is that Aviva will match any money that I raise (up to £350). So dig deep and we'll get some money out of an insurance company!
