I'm at it again folks.  This time I am climbing 522 steps of the tallest building in Leeds because one of the organisers inspired me to take control of my health.

3 years ago I was 18 stone and a size 24 with no energy and no desire to exercise.  I met Gary Butterfield and he lit a spark.  Today I am 3 stone lighter and in May this year started PT session and started running.

Of course the other reason for taken on this challenge is that Cancer Support helped my father in law shortly before he past away.  He never got to meet and know his grandchildren and this is my way of remembering him and giving something back.

There are 522 steps and £522 would provide 2 people affected by a cancer diagnosis with emotional support for a whole year.   If you sponsor me just 2p per step that's enough to provide transport to one hospital appointment.
