My story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As some of you may know im going to run the London Marathon in April... Thats right me! That means cutting down on  the alcohol, watching my diet and training really hard, as im not the fittest person in the world. The London Marathon is 26.2 miles and im hoping to do this in less than 6 hours, i will probably have to take a week of work to recover!

So why you ask am i putting myself through this torture?

For a charity that is close to my heart, UK Youth. Its an organisation that helps young people back into the community with non formal education. It gives young people who thought they had noone and who maybe gave up the spirit and faith in people again. It gives a voice to people who are rarely heard and builds skills that will remain useful throughout their lives.

Trust me when i say this is not going to be an easy journey for me, it will involve 6am morning runs and putting my body through a lot of strain. I have even considered not drinking on my birthday (which is in April). But we will see how that goes maybe only a couple of Vodka's hehe. So please be generous with your Donation, however every penny counts!

Thanks very much in advance for all your help
