All funds to go to ADDERS.ORG

This page has been set up in memory of Sarah-Jayne Bass (a.k.a Caroline Hensby) who was prematurely taken from us on Saturday 6th February 2010.

Please give generously to support the ongoing work that Sarah-Jayne began at www.adders.org a tremendous legacy her children, Michael, Alan and Richard can be truly proud of.

Sarah-Jayne was the co-founder (with her ex husband Simon) of one of the most popular websites for people with ADHD. The website had become so popular it attracted visitors from all over the world. After parting with her husband she continued to maintain the site which is best known for its  very busy forum boards. The forum boards have been a lifeline for so many families seeking help for their children who are affected by ADHD.

As well as running the boards Sarah-Jayne provided telephone support to many thousands of people, she was always keen for children to be proud of who they were and constantly sent out certificates for children to celebrate their achievements however small.

She was one in a million and will be sadly missed by all. I have set up this fundraising page through ADDISS a registered charity so friends can make a donation in her name. All the money raised from this site will be put in a fund for the family and to help keep the website and the forum boards going. I know Sarah-Jayne would not want to let anyone down. Her memory will live on in those boards.
