I am kicking off my high heels to take part in the Sponsored Santa Dash in Nonsuch Park, Cheam on 12th December 2009. All money raised will go to St Raphael's Hospice in Sutton. http://www.straphaelshospice.org.uk/

I know none of you will believe that I can run - but I will prove you wrong in my trainers and Santa Suit. I will run the whole course to prove my athletic prowess!

I am doing this in memory of a very dear family friend, Carl Jennings, who sadly passed away in St Raphael's on Christmas Day 2007.

I thoroughly appreciate every penny donated - even if it is 50p. My target of £210.00 would be the equivalent of paying two nurses for 7 hours.
