Along with a few friends my Mum & I are taking part in the Pretty Muddy 5K for Cancer Research UK. This is a charity that we have both supported for many years due to family members suffering and beating the disease. Any donation whatever the amount will make a difference in someone's lives whether they are battling Cancer or looking after someone who is.

The Pretty Muddy 5KM consists of a 5K run through mud and wet whilst tackling many different obstacles.
