My story
Dear All,
Please HELP to achieve this goal - Raise money to remove child labour
& provide an education for every underprivileged child in India !
Last Christmas 2008 I volunteered and gave up time for CRISIS UK to help the homeless. I am now hoping to help the underprivileged children in India to get some basic education.
We take education and schooling as a given in the developed countries. In India children are made to work at the age of five by their parents as they are unable to survive as a family to feed themselves. I am helping raise money for Pratham a charity that is helping make schooling possible for every child in India. I have chosen this organisation as a friend spent few months working with them rescuing children from child labour and shared their experience and how well it is set up.

Important if you put all donations through Justgiving.com they will reclaim gift aid from the UK government.
With your support, I hope to raise £100000 to contribute to the 2009 CAMPAIGN TO RAISE £1 MILLION!
Would you please take few minutes out and take the opportunity to visit the organisation Pratham website: http://pratham.org/M-11-2-About-Pratham.aspx
Pratham is the largest non governmental organization working to provide quality education to the under privileged children of India. Pratham was established in 1994 to provide pre-school education to the children in the slums of Mumbai city. Since then, the organization has grown both in scope and geographical coverage.
Any amount of donation would go a long way to help the street children in India. Below are some average costs as to how small of a donation makes such a big difference to the children's lives.
Support children in urban areas through the urban programs (Balwadis, Libraries, Learning Support Classes):
