We provide specialist hospice care to provide dignity when time matters most

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

We're going to attempt to travel the length of the Caledonian Canal (95km) in a Canadian Canoe in just 24 hours.

The object of the excercise is to raise much needed funds for The Highland Hospice. We'd like to raise £25 per km, so that gives us a target of £2,375.

The Hospice is an amazing place that does an incredible job 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

We experienced this at first hand when they took amazing care of our Mum three years ago and now we want to take the opportunity to say "Thanks".

All contributions to The Hospice will be very gratefuly recieved both by us and by The Hospice, so "Thank You!" in advance.

It was originaly the plan for Myself and Duncan to carry out this challenge together, but unfortunatly, ill health will prevent Dunk from taking part. We're both very gratful that Mike Dunthorne from Boots'n'Paddles has stepped in to cover for Dunk.

With thanks and very best regards

Dunk and Chris
