Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

We are currently enjoying the most exciting British summer of sport in history – and Sellafield Ltd and GEN II are inviting you to get involved.

Sellafield Ltd and GEN II are jointly hosting a sponsored static cycle ride to raise money for the Pride of Cumbria – the Great North Air Ambulance Service.

The staff and apprentices from both organisations, alongside some West Cumbrian VIPs, are aiming to cycle the equivalent of the distance from Lands End to John O'Groats over three days at ENERGUS, Lillyhall, and we want you to be part of it.

So if you are a keen cyclist or haven’t been on a bike in years this is the perfect opportunity to get involved.

The static bikes will be running in tandem at from 8am on Wednesday August 1 until the challenge finishes at 12 noon on Friday, August 3rd.
