Dear friends, colleagues and anyone else who may be reading this due to the generosity of the aforementioned - the more the merrier!

The things we agree to do after one too many drinky poos......

What could be more fun than dressing up in a (one size fits all) Santa costume and dashing around Oulton Park race track on a Sunday morning.....all in aid of St Luke's Hospice

Actually, I am cheating because I am not doing the 5k Dash but the 10k - yes 10 kilometre stroll - a piece of cake!  I have already started to get my fitness up to scratch by exercising a growing number of horses - they are doing the walking, trotting and galloping - but on the day I will have to rely on my own two feet.  If anyone is mad enough to sponsor me for over £99 - that means three figures - I'll do it in stilletos!!!

Let me tell you a little about St Luke's. It is a hospice where people from all over Mid and South Cheshire can stay when hospitals have done all they can and home is not an option.  I think you get my drift....

They are small, offer a high level of specialist care within a gently supportive environment. They care for patients personally, whilst offering families and carers the help they need to fulfil their roles, or to come to terms with their loss.  They also need £2m a year to keep going - so this is my way of helping towards that goal.

So there you are - the question is - can you help??

Anything you can donate will be most gratefully received and this is really easy.

Many thanks in advance - and if you've nothing better to do on Sunday 13th December - come and enjoy the fun!

Happy Christmas!

Serena xxx

PS I HAVE NOW COMPLETED THE STROLL BUT YOU CAN DONATE ANYWAY - SEE THE PICTURES FOR THE PROOF THAT I REALLY DID IT!!!
