Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I really appreciate it.
I have set myself the task of doing badminton 4 hours a week to raise money for Save The Children (http://www.savethechildren.org.uk/)
I have chosen to do this task because over 9 million children still die each year before they turn 5. This shouldn't be happening, we should start to do something about it.
Recently I have got into playing badminton and I thought, I may aswell raise money while I play, been as I enjoy it anyway.
Please support me in this campaign. Eventually, if I think we can push over the current target, I will move it up.
Just £10 could by a child a pair of shoes. Or £21 could buy a place for a child in school or 5 mosquito net to keep children safe. A bycicle for a child to make transport a great deal easier for a child, it would also make it quicker for them to get back and forth to the crops and may slow poverty. Also, just £39 would buy a water filter for the village to have easier access to cleaner water. And remember, Every Little Helps!
