Story

We are currently over our target!! Thank you so much for helping us achieve this fantastic milestone. Every extra penny will help the hospital and the children and families who rely on it's services.

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Angie and Shona are aiming to raise £2500 for Great Ormond Street Hospital by asking for your support. In return we will put ourselves through 2 days cycling and endure gruelling climbs of up to 4500ft and a distance of 190km. Bearing in mind that at the moment we cant go down hill without sharp breaking and have only cycled a flat 50km this will be a challenge! But it is worth it!

As many of you know at only 24 months old Shona's little niece Bethan has already had 4 operations at GOSH.  The hospital needs £50 million a year to keep going and to maintain the high standards of care.  Bethan will require many more operations over the next few years so if you would like to help us help her, and the many other children in a similar situation, please sponsor us.

The event is organised by Great Ormond street. None of your sponsorship donation will go towards our flights or accomodation, we are covering this ourselves.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
