I'm taking part in the Leeds Abbey Dash for Age UK, to raise money for older people.

Older people are often one of the forgotten segments of our society, but I believe we should change this.

Age UK work tirelessly to improve later life for all of us, so please donate today by clicking on the button opposite today.

£5 - the cost of lunch, covers the cost of a befriender visit to an isolated older person.

£12 - the price of one month of broadband,pays for a home visit to check energy efficiency and insulation to keep heating bills down and homes warm.

£25 - the same as a round of drinks on a Friday night, pays for transport and a hot meal at a lunch club for an older person.
