Your Once in a Lifetime Chance to Shut Joanne Rowbotham Up!!

I have severe laryngitis and am unable to speak for a whole weekend - an entire 48 hours. 

I thought some good should come out of this and have decided to do a sponsored silence.

All monies raised will go to the charity of my employer, the Opal Foundation, to be split equally to help kids in the UK and Ethiopia.

The UK charity I would like to nominate is the Children's Adventure Farm Trust, a great little charity in Cheshire providing respite to terminally and chronically ill children, as well as a day out for inner city kids, many of whom have never seen farm animals before.

Whilst in Ethiopia your sponsorship will help AMREF build a borehole to give safe water to the community.

For those who know me better, I am 'talkative' and 'chatty' and it may actually be a blessing!

My silence will be monitored very closely.  If I break the silence then I will pay any monies pledged by you out of my own back pocket - again those who know me better will know how 'careful' I am with my money.
