I have decided to run the London Marathon again, this time for a local charity, based just up the road in Bedford. I am hoping to raise over a thousand pounds - so your help and generosity will be much appreciated.

My time in 2006 was 3 hours 54 mins... this time I am going for sub 3 hours 30 mins. That has to be worth giving money to surely! If nothing else, it's worth giving money for the tash growing - that was 1 months growth!
