On the 31/5/14 i will be walking the 22miles from my Home near Bridgnorth to BMF Stourbridge, Instruct a bootcamp class, then walk back the 22miles Home. This will all be done with a back pack weighing 35kg's.

The Midlands Air Ambulance cover the most of the Midlands and Shropshire providing fast response to accidents saving lives by saving time. I will be crossing from Shropshire into the West Midlands during my walk so this is quite apt. 

Please give what you can to a well worthy cause, living in rural Shropshire shows how remote you can be if things go wrong, Midlands Air Ambulance crews ensure a fast response which could mean the difference between life and death.
