My story
Wow! How hot was it on Sunday!?! Managed to navigate and complete the what seemed like mountainous conditions of Richmond Park in the London Duathlon in a respectable time of 2hrs and 21 minutes.
A massive THANK YOU to all those that have supported and sponsored me over the last few months.
The money you have donated has gone to a fantastic cause. This will make a massive difference to children suffering from cancer and to update you on Sophie's cause - then she has now had life saving surgery on her left and right lungs that, combined with further chemotherapy in the UK, will give her the best chance of survival.
For those of you that haven't yet had the chance to donate then you can still do so. All I am asking for you and as many of your friends and family to do is donate the cost of a pint, a glass (or bottle!) of wine or perhaps your favourite short or maybe even a cocktail.

I don't think it is much to ask, go to the local pub or bar 20 minutes later than planned and give the money to an incredible cause.

Kids n Cancer UK specialise in assisting families whose children have been diagnosed with life threatening tumours and have been accepted for potentially life saving proton therapy treatment. Proton therapy is the latest form of radiation treatment running at approx. 86% success rate.
