Thanks for visiting the Snoopies "JustGiving" page.
The Snoopies chosen charity is Headway Essex, who provide information, support, and services to people with acquired brain injury, their families, and carers. This year we are also supporting our close friends from the West Midlands.
Tragically, Mark Bartlett died of a brain tumour at the age of 47, leaving a widow, a 10 yr old daughter and his family devastated and in his memory we want to raise money for some equipment for the ward at Russells Hall Hospital (Dudley) that cared so lovingly for him during his final weeks.Snoopies and friends, for some very strange and twisted reason, (we are sure there are easier ways!!) have decided to enter 2 cars in the SCALLY RALLY of IRELAND challenge, to raise money and awareness for the two causes.
The first challenge was to meet the criteria for Rule number one:Buy a car, with a receipt for under £100!!
Not only one car but two!!!
We have a Rover 200 (£100) and a Nissan Primera (£50).
The Rover will be "dressed" as a dog, called "Rover" and the Nissan, as a cat called "Nissy"!!!.Both cars will be covered in Dog and Cat PAW PRINTS, (generously supplied by ESIGN, Colchester) which can be purchased as part or our sponsorship package. There will be 4 large paws on each car which will carry the logo on any supporting Company (minimum of £250) and smaller paws (minimum of £1) which can be written on.
Please help us to acheive our target and possibly exceed it, by generously donating to these 2 very worthy causes. If you want to buy a PAW through JustGiving please let us know at Snoopies that you have done so and we will make sure your name is put on one of the cars. (info@snoopies.ws)We will be coming back regularly to update the page with new pics and info.
