Well here we are again!!
In yet another moment of madness I have decided to once again participate in a cycle for International Childcare trust., this time in Cambodia. For those who are not familiar with their work, International Childcare Trust is a small dynamic UK registered charity working, in direct partnership with local organisations in Africa and Asia that protect children’s rights; such as their right to education and to a healthy, happy childhood.
M’Lop Tapang is a Cambodian NGO working with the street children of Sihanoukville. The goal of this project is to offer support, protection, positive choices and hope to street children and their families. We aim to reintegrate street children back to education, their families and their community, allowing them to lead happy and independent lives again.
I am aware that alot of you have already supported me on numerous occasions but seeing the work they do first hand in Africa and India has made me realise the importnace of ICT in helping aid the future of those less fortunate than ourselves.
O and just incase any of you are thinking I am just after another free holiday I will be personnally donating £1500 of the money.
I thank you all again for your continued support.
Rachel x
