My name is Sophie Brooks and I am 16 years old. On 24th April 2 o'clock, at Brig O' Don pub, King Street Aberdeen I will be doing a Super Bungee Jump, at 315ft high on behalf of Jo's Trust, the only charity in the UK dedicated to offering support to those unlucky enough to suffer from Cervical Cancer.

I am jumping through the United Bungee Group, who travel all around the United Kingdom doing bungee jumps for those who wish to jump for charity, or just for the thrill of it. I came across them when I was looking for a christmas present for my boyfriend, it was then I decided I would like to do it, doing it for charity only added to the thrill and enjoyment of it.

Having decided I was to do a Bungee Jump, the next task was decided what charity I would do it for. One of my best friends mum had battled cervical cancer and recently one of my neigbours was diagnosed with it also. Cervical Cancer is one of the biggest killers and yet doesnt have as much fundraising and recognition as others. Jo's trust is one of, if not the only charity in the UK dedicated that specific cancer. I would like to raise the money to create awareness among people and prevent it as much as I can.

I'll keep you updated with how much money has been raised so far and how close to the target I am, please tell all your friends and family and anyone you meet about this so I can raise as much money possible! Thanks XX
