Tender is a small charity working incredibly hard to prevent domestic violence. It came to my attention because the charity is directed by my greatest friend, Susie McDonald. 

Tender is an ambitious and pioneering arts and education organization that works in schools and youth groups across the London area. They deliver creative projects that aim to promote healthy relationships based on equality and respect. Since 2003 Tender has creatively tackled the difficult issue of domestic abuse and become a leading force for change in violence prevention education.

So, 2013 is their Tenth Anniversary and the Ten for Tender Campaign is up and running!! And that's where I can help .... with the fabulous support of all my generous friends, family and lovely, loyal clients.

Between May and October 2013 I will be running in ten races. Distances will range from 5k to Half Marathon at approximately fortnightly intervals. Events vary from the BUPA London 10,000 with its 11,000 entrants to local Cross Country club races. Road and Trail, flat or hilly, rain or shine, I'll be there running. Don't bank on me beating any World Records but I'll be doing my best for this brilliant charity.
