I'm attempting to raise funds for SpecialEffect, which is a great charity that helps in bringing the joy of computer games to people with disabilities.

Computer games have always been a passion of mine and I have been playing them from a very early age.  I'm now in my mid 30's and whilst I don't have a great deal of time to play games any more, I am following a dream of mine by writing games for Xbox, Windows and Windows Phone 7.

Lots of people blame violent games for a lot of things these days, but regardless of your opinion on that, there are a lot of games out there that help greatly with a child’s development or anyone's development for that matter including those with various disabilities.  This is where SpecialEffect comes in.  You can see their site at www.specialeffect.org.uk
