Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page ... When our daughter Laura was born early, just 2 and a half pounds (only slightly heavier than a bag of sugar!). She was cared for 2 months, by the fabulous staff at The Trevor Mann Baby Unit in Brighton. These people are very special!

The local health authorities of East Sussex, Brighton & Hove and West Sussex pay for the service provided. However, high quality medical and nursing treatment is very expensive and donations are essential to help buy additional equipment (for example, £15,000 will pay for just one incubator.)

The EBA collect and receive donations that are spent on the Trevor Mann Baby Unit. 6 years on .. I would like to give something back to the people who ensured our tiny little baby came home.

Punching a speed ball for 30 hours is going to be hard going, and a reminder of the times during the first few months of Laura's life.

I hope you can donate something (no matter how small) to raise funds for this worthy cause. Thanks!
