My story
In the year of 2012 it is my aim to run 2012 miles to help raise money for The Orpheus Centre. This is no mean feat and takes all year round dedication and commitment.
All runs are tracked via GPS (Garmin Forerunner 110) and uploaded to www.dailymile.com/people/SpontaneousPlan - so don't forget to pop in every now and then to see how I'm getting on. There's a running total (excuse the pun) down the left-hand side with the total miles covered for the year, or you can look back through the weekly reports to see where I've been super motivated or a lazy slacker!

Okay, so, a progress update might be useful, eh?: Jan 31st - 191 miles (191 for the month) Feb 29th - 331 miles (140 for the month) Mar 31st - 506 miles (175 for the month) (25% complete! Wahoo!) Apr 30th - 660 miles (154 for the month)
