Our fees
  Although charities pay a transaction fee on every donation made through Justgiving, they receive around £12 for every £10 donated because we automatically reclaim 28% in Gift Aid from the Inland Revenue on their behalf.

What do we do for our fees?

For our charity partners we:
  • Automatically reclaim Gift Aid and maintain a paperless audit trail for Inland Revenue inspection
  • Pay funds direct into charities’ bank accounts on a weekly basis
  • Provide comprehensive reports
  • Provide a phone and email helpdesk to both the charities and their supporters
