My name is Stéphane Paulus and I am a Registrar in Paediatric Infectious Diseases working at Alder Hey in Liverpool and St Mary’s Hospital in . 

I am about to compete in the Dextro Energy Olympic Triathlon in London on August 16 and will be raising money for the Children’s With Aids Charity (CWAC). This will be my second triathlon and it will include a 1.5 km swim, 40 km cycle and 10 km run.

All my efforts will be directed to support the CWAC international project in Nairobi, where children and their families living with HIV are still struggling for basic access to food and medicines. Having worked in Africa before I have seen how important it is for small projects like this one to be supported and helped.

So – for me to support them – I need you to support me – please be generous.
