The COPS 30 miler is a 30 mile, load-bearing ‘yomp’ across rugged Northumberland countryside, with participants running alongside the Royal Marines.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am participating in the event between the Police and Royal Marines to help raise money to support each force and their related charities. The event is the Royal Marines 30 mile yomp caring a 35lb backpack hopefully in 8 hours. A gruelling effort even for the most capable I am once again honoured to be affiliated with our Forces - both Police and Military.

COPS is a UK charity dedicated to helping the families of police officers and police staff who have lost their lives on duty to rebuild their lives. We aim to ensure that surviving family members have the help they need to cope with such tragedy and they remain part of the police family.
