APOLOGIES FOR INCREASING MY TARGET....I HOPE YOU WON'T MIND BUT I DIDN'T WANT ANYONE TO THINK THAT JUST BECAUSE I HAD REACHED IT THERE WAS NO POINT DONATING. EVERY POUND MAKES A DIFFERENCE.........In October/November I am cycling 660km across Vietnam. I haven't cycled for 20 years! Why am I doing this (apart from my mid-life crisis)?? Simple.....to raise money for RMHC and make the lives of families with sick children in hospital more bearable at the most difficult of times. Whilst I'm sure you would all love to pay for this wonderful experience, i'm paying for that myself.......so all your donations will go straight to the charity.
The money will go towards the parents accommodation at the new Manchester Children's Hospital. The house is a 'home away from home' for families of sick children and provides a much needed, free of charge facility, allowing families to stay together near their child. It provides an environment to share experiences and the support of other families.
