Friends of Mayday Charity are this year holding a 20 mile bike ride in memory of Ricky, who died tragically in 2006 at the age of 25. This bike ride will help to raise much needed funds for Mayday Hospital and the Special Care Baby Unit.

This will be a challenge for us both, as neither of us own a bike or have ridden one in over a decade, but after my 5km run in May I think I'm ready to give it a go!... Darren might need to get some training in though ;)

Please show your support and dig deep. Last year the bike ride raised £2000 which was used to create a Memorial Garden at Mayday hospital. We really would appreciate any money you can donate; every pound will help towards babies who need special medical care.
