Within my work in the fire service, I attend many car accidents some of which the air ambulance is called upon. They attend within minutes of being requested showing the upmost professionalism and great ability to work with other agencies. I have seen first-hand how this service CAN save lives. I think they do a superb job and also as an organisation have to work hard on fundraising activities to keep this big yellow bird in the sky’s due to the fact they recieve no goverment or lottery funding. I  am aware times are hard for us all but if you able to give anything for this invaluable service please do, therefore  the days of pain i'll have after running 13.2 miles around Silverstone race track are not in vain!
