Myself, Paul Wells and Aimee Oakley are competing in the Newark Half-Marathon on Sunday 8th August 2010.

This was originally intended as a bit of fun and to raise some money for charity. Sadly, I lost my brother-in-law, Asif, to Cancer on 10th May this year and we will now be trying to raise as much money as we can for the Bone Cancer Research Trust.  Bone Cancer is most common amongst children and young adults but also affects adults.

Please feel free to donate as much or as little as you would like.
