Between September 8th and 13th 2013 a friend of mine, Paul Ingram and I are running from Worsborough, Barnsley to Liverpool along the Pennine Trail. It will amount to nigh on 90 miles in six days. I am running to raise money for Claire House, a Children's Hospice on the Wirral. We will finish at the University of Liverpool Sports Centre at about 1pm on the 13th: we will be in some state!
