My story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

First of all I really must stop drinking, its funny how everything seems such a good idea and so achievable over a glass of wine or three!

This moment of madness is the lastest in a line of 'good ideas', the first, 2008 5k Race for life and for someone who had never run in her life before achieved a very reasonable time. The second 2009 10k Great Manchester Run, completed in under an hour!! Now a half marathon and I really just want to complete it, hopefully in one piece and still breathing!

However, when you see the charity I have chosen to support I hope you will see why I am doing this crazy thing.

'The Relationship Centre' (www.healthyrelationships.org.uk) is a local charity which helps to ensure that every young person who runs away in Warrington, for whatever reason is kept safe. Their aim is to raise awareness and support anyone to develop the healthiest relationship they can.

By making a donation you can help them to continue their much valued work in transforming the lives of individuals, families and communities.

Any donations, lung, heart, legs, but preferably money, would be more than gratefully received!!

One more thing, when Clare mentions those words 'ooh I have a really good idea' again, I will be running - for the hills!!
