Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.  I have just completed the London Marathon for the National Childbirth Trust (NCT) in a time of 4:24:19, although I was beaten by a giant peanut!  Now the aches are subsiding I can reflect of what an amazing experience running the marathon was and I can't wait to do it again.  I want to thank everyone who has sponsored me, your support really helped through those final miles.  There is still time to sponsor me, and push my total ever higher and help the NCT reach even more parents.

The NCT has been a great source of support and friendship during the crazy and confusing time I had when my first daughter was born.  The support provided by the NCT helped me to conquer breastfeeding and have the confidence and knowledge to have a homebirth with my second daughter.  The NCT provides support to countless parents and gives them the confidence to be the parents they want to be.  The transistion to parenthood is a confusing, exhausting and a wonderfully fulfilling part of life and having a charity such as the NCT providing support and information when you need it most is truly invaluable.

Any sponsorship you can offer would mean so much to me, and all the other parents the NCT supports. It will also really spur me on through my training and the race itself.  If you want share my blood (hopefully not!), sweat and tears please check out my blog on http://www.realbuzz.com/blogs/u/Suziewee/my-marathon-quest/
