Only a few days to go now!!!

 

Looking forward to the Great North Run, let's hope all my hard work pays off and I finally reach my Fundraising target!

 

Before deciding to raise money for Great Ormond Street I could barely run a couple of miles without taking a breather.  I've now completed the St.Albans Half Marathon (very Hilly) in 2hrs 2mins and the big run, the Great North Run is coming up soon. I'm aiming to complete that in under 1hr 50mins so wish me luck!

 

This means I will have run 2 half marathons to raise money for Great Ormond Street.

 

Many of us have children  grandchildren or are uncles/aunties or may have friends who have children.  We all know how important it is to have the right level of care for our children and that is precisely why I am doing this. Running 26 miles in two races is nothing compared to what Great Ormond Street does 365 days a year, every year and no matter how big or small it is I want to make a difference, I want to help, and you can too by supporting me on my journey. 

 

I will acknowledge every donation personally and I thank everyone in advance for their support!
