Slow and Steady wins the race!

Anyone who knows me well will be surprised when they hear I'm attempting to run a half marathon! I've never been known as a fitness enthusiast and I am certainly not intending to beat any speed records, I'll leave that to Paula Radcliffe! My motto is slow and steady and I'm hoping that will get me across the finish line. I can guarantee this is the first and last sponsor plea you will get from me.
