You all know I can run but have you any idea how far?  Not a half marathon, I can assure you! 

However, Natalie has had a runner drop out of her team and I really do think St Mungo's is a charity is worth supporting.  This means on Sunday 11 October, I will be "Michael" for the day and no doubt running with a t-shirt down to my knees.  And if anyone has a big enough heart, to help the homeless people of London and Bristol, your support would be HUGELY appreciated.

Here's to another race.  And please remind me to smile for the cameras this time, no matter how tired and miserable I feel inside!
